A studio of eight in San Martin. We design homes, additions and barn conversions for the hills of southern Santa Clara and San Benito Counties, then build them ourselves.

One contract, one team
When the people who draw a house also build it, the drawings and the build never disagree. One team walks the site, sets the fee, files the permits and hands over the keys.
The practice
Three disciplines under one roof.
Houses and additions drawn from the site up: the slope, the oaks, the afternoon sun.
Kitchens, baths and rooms detailed to the inch, in oak, plaster and stone.
The same team builds what it drew, on a fixed schedule with open books.
